SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Reverse tie-dye or ice dye hoodies/shirts/joggers and dog hoodies can take up to 15 business days. Orders are sent via USPS/UPS. If you need your order rushed, please contact rydeordye307@gmail.com and or leave a comment in the notes section at checkout.

 

Ryde Or Dye is responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the post office or UPS office. After that it is out of our control. If you wish to have shipping insurance, please leave that in the comment section at checkout. If you choose not to buy shipping insurance, Ryde Or Dye will not provide a refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

Reverse tie-dye/ice dye and all dog hoodies cannot be exchanged and are final sale. If your order arrived damaged, please contact rydeordye307@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE INITIAL SHIPPING FEE IS NOT REFUNDED.

Ryde Or Dye highly recommends that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Ryde Or Dye is not responsible for packages not received, if sent via a non-traceable carrier. PLEASE NOTE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING BACK TO RYDE OR DYE. Please include the following details when contacting Ryde Or Dye via email in regard to damaged returns. 

  1. Name and order number 

  2. Size and style 

  3. Address that you want the exchanged item sent to

 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
